Uzi, I think these are Soddy Circles and can be solved by simple formula given here: http://mathworld.wolfram.com/SoddyCircles.html

Focused laser beams may heat Hydrogen isotopes enough to cause them to fuse into Helium:

Voting Obama?? He is a nice fellow, but THINK AGAIN! Is the guy who tries to make everybody (especially alien) happy and is preoccupied with posturing -- the right person to lead the world's only truly powerful democracy??

Evidence of widespread phyllosilicates (clay minerals) on Mars points to the red planet's once being a much wetter place!

A family sold their house and gave half of the proceeds to charity, moving to a smaller house...

What do you make of this?  Wink

Clairvoyance, prescience, fortune telling are all nonsense to me Smiley Only some people's intuition, worldly experience and analytical prognostication may occasionally help "predict" the immediate future -- and that not really well, either Wink

A harbinger is a sign of things to come.

Some believe in Psychological mechanism of this phenomenon and consider that Prescience is an individual's awareness of laws of probability, some believe in religious interpretation, some not believe in Harbinger... Let's talk about Harbinger.
Do you consider that every event, incident has its harbinger, or only some of them have...?
Why some of them? For what kind of feautures things, or events have their harbingers?

The largest particle accelerator is scheduled to start in August at the CERN.

Now, this thing has gone a LONG way since Lawrence's first palm-size gadgets Smiley

Some (highly speculative) side-effects of harnessing huge energies for subatomic particle collisions are causing curious response from the public Smiley

100 years on, the Tunguska event still attracts a lot of attention.

Studies of the "Near Earth Objects" programme offer a lot of interesting opportunities for young researchers. Let me know should you be interested in pursuing asteroid-related research.
